What we do
Kids League Kenya is a charity that raises funds to sponsor the secondary and tertiary education of talented children in the Mombasa district of Kongowea. Our primary focus is the education of children.
By raising funds through individual generosity and corporate support, each year we are able to grant scholarships to selected students.
Those students are identified at primary level, and we support them in the secondary education, and where relevant through to their tertiary education.
Our focus
Kids League Kenya provides disadvantaged youth with educational opportunities that might otherwise be denied to them. We see education as one of the most important tools for fighting poverty and a basic right.
Through our hands-on approach, we are able to closely monitor student progress and work to ensure their success.
The Kids League Kenya Sponsorship Programme enables children to access quality education and thereby enhances their chances of a secure future.
Our other activities
Our academic sponsorship is the main focus of Kids League Kenya – it falls into two categories, secondary and tertiary levels of education.
We also develop links to other organisations who can add value to the work of Kids League Kenya. This includes implementing programmes such as Sports in-development.
Working in the education sector we are initiating a community of organisations who are working towards the same goals
